jessica flexa, aka jess alexander, started playing records way back in the days when we drove halfway across the country to dance about in a field. however it remained a bedroom based hobby until 2001 when, having moved to brighton, she joined the recently formed all girl combo the glitter sisters. with their mutual love of funk, soul and disco, the sisters kicked up a storm, and went onto play some of the best (and worst) venues of the south east, wreaking some good old fashioned havoc as they went.

Now london based, Jess still dj's with the sisters aswell as on her own, where her style takes on more of an electro feel.
